As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ROI Business Funding, Hannah is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction and operation of ROI Business Funding, working closely with the Executive Leadership to shape and support the execution for ROI’s objectives and providing portfolio advisory functions to guide strategic partnerships and investment decisions. Ensuring the alignment of strategy, objectives, priorities and messaging across the enterprise, she plays a significant role in the company’s ability to differentiate itself and thrive in the competitive marketplace by enabling the company’s leaders to build enduring client relationships through innovative solutions and extraordinary personalized service. Hannah cares about her client’s success, partners closely with industry and community leaders, and continues to foster many insider relationships with lenders and private investors, which allows ROI Business Funding to have unlimited access to capital for their clients.
Those who know her describe Hannah as energetic, innovative, focused and giving. Entrepreneurism, leadership, self-actualization, and volunteerism are her passions. Hannah is a graduate of the University of Chicago and has more than a decade experience in management leadership, sales and marketing. Recognized in USA Today and other publications for her notable leadership, community and academic accomplishments, Hannah seeks to inspire others to pursue their own unique vision and purpose. Losing half of her team in a massive wave of layoffs at Pfizer in 2009 opened Hannah’s eyes to the lack of job security in corporate America, and this seminal moment of her career journey fueled her drive to build a business, live her passion, and be in a greater position to help others. Because of her success in diverse fields of business, Hannah won several awards for entrepreneurship, including the Top One Coaching Entrepreneur of the Year Award. A serial entrepreneur and a strong believer in giving back to the community and leaving a legacy, Hannah supports the Women Business Development Center (WBDC), Future Founders Foundation, Storytellers for Good, Alzheimer’s Association, USO and Children’s Memorial Hospital. She has been serving as a judge for the Chicago Public Schools Student Science Fair for over 20 years. Hannah has tutored and mentored students from low-income and abusive families to pursue their aspirations and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset. She is a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council. Hannah is also the Chair of the National Latino Education Institute (NLEI) Business Leadership Council. In addition, Hannah serves on the Board of Directors of Mega Partnering and Top One Coaching as well as on the Host Committee of WBDC’s Annual Entrepreneurial Women’s Conference. Hannah has appeared in Channel 11 and WCIU-TV’s You & Me This Morning and has been featured in many leading publications, including USA Today, CBS, The Daily Herald, and Yahoo! News. As a business woman herself, first and foremost, Hannah is passionate about helping small business owners connect with one another, create strategic partnerships, and get access to the capital they need to grow and take their businesses to the next level.
